Sector: Waste-to-Energy Infrastructure

About this project
The Problem:
SectorLead finances, builds, and operates Waste-to-Energy infrastructure across Nigeria. Their website existed. Their internal operational tools existed. The two did not communicate. The result was a company operating with a fractured digital environment: public-facing information that didn't reflect internal operational reality, and internal tools that couldn't surface data to the right stakeholders through the right channels. For a company raising institutional capital and managing infrastructure projects, that fragmentation carried real operational and credibility cost.
What Nova X Built:
We rebuilt both the website and the internal system — and more importantly, we rebuilt the connection between them. The integration architecture we designed allows SectorLead's internal operational layer to communicate directly with their public-facing platform and vice versa. Data that previously lived in disconnected silos now flows across the system in a structured, governed way. The website no longer operates as a static external layer sitting apart from the business, it is now a surface of the operational system itself.
The rebuild also updated an outdated public presence to match the institutional weight of what SectorLead actually does. A company converting waste into dispatchable electricity for underserved communities needs a digital presence that communicates the seriousness of that infrastructure mandate.
The Outcome:
SectorLead now operates with a unified digital environment where their internal tools and external platform function as a single connected system. The information architecture reflects the operational reality of the business, which matters significantly in institutional conversations where due diligence includes digital infrastructure review.
